Bought Saucony Endorphin 2 running shoes , Cougar Winter boots , an Adizero lightweight running shell , Hoka Clifton 8's and other things. Usually get home delivery - always prompt and polite . Great customer service! My order was late due to the mail strike, however, this also has to do with my location and having no other options for a mail carrier. Customer service was amazing and very easy to work with. I had planned to return the items due to not being able to get them before Christmas, but decided against it after them being so willing to do what they could to make things right.
