SVP Sports Shipping Policy

Enjoy free* shipping within Ontario on orders $59.99 and above, and free* Canada-wide shipping on orders $99.99 and above*(some exceptions apply). For orders not meeting free shipping criteria, Canada-wide shipping is available at a flat rate of $14.99.

Additional Charges and Exceptions:

• Some items may not qualify for free shipping or the $14.99 flat rate, and additional charges may apply depending on the province.
• Orders that qualify for free shipping receive a maximum credit of $30 towards shipping costs, automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Any shipping costs exceeding $30 will be charged to the customer.
• Order splitting to avoid shipping charges is not permitted. Please reach out to customer service for negotiated shipping rates on large/team orders.
• Large/team orders may incur additional shipping charges at our discretion.

Order Processing and Delivery:

SVP Sports delivers exclusively within Canada. Orders are typically processed and shipped from our Distribution Center within 1 to 3 business days (non-peak season), although processing times may vary during sale periods. Please note that processing and delivery timelines are not guaranteed and exclude statutory holidays.

Shipping Services Used:

We utilize trusted shipping services including Canada Post, UPS (United Parcel Service), Purolator, Flashbox, Canpar, and FleetOptics.The shipping name displayed at checkout may differ from the carrier used, as we select carriers at our discretion.

SVP Package Protection:

Pick Up At Store:

Easily place an order online and opt for free in-store pickup at any of our locations. Orders for "Store Pick-up" are processed by our Distribution team and are typically ready for collection within 2-5 business days. Please note that our Niagara, Alliston, and OPM Hamilton locations may require an additional day for processing. Learn more about this convenient option here.

Important Notes:

• SVP Sports manages orders until they are handed over to the shipping carrier. Thereafter, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivering the order to the recipient.
• We are not liable for incorrect details provided or the delivery procedures of shipping companies. If an order is returned to us by the carrier, additional shipping charges may be applied.
• Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for theft after delivery, as it's the customer's responsibility to ensure proper arrangements for receiving packages at the shipping address provided in the order. - please keep an eye on delivery updates via your tracking number.
