Unexpectedly warm

Left shoe is a little bit tight. They keep my feet dry and warm. When walking you feel how shoes add spring to your steps.

Love my speedgoats

I absolutely love these shoes great support, and waterproof. The soles have excellent traction, making them perfect for the trails or sidewalks

Love these high tops with great ankle support and the goretex makes them perfect in rain/snow

Terrible traction

I have done two treks in these boots. 110 km through the desert in 2023 and just completed 70 km through the jungle in Costa Rica. Although these boots are comfortable enough they are definitely hot. With the most rain CR has had in November over the past 30 years they proved to be waterproof. But the traction in steep inclines and declines with plenty of mud proved to be all but useless. I don't think this boot is for any serious hiker and should not be classified as such. Extremely disappointed.
