I bought two different cougar brand pair of boots. So far they are great. We haven't gone below -15 yet but they have kept my daughters and my feet warm. I have issues keeping the toes warm and so far no problems here. They had stayed dry with the snow we've gotten, rain and freezing rain. I will say they aren't the greatest for ice though, they have no reaction for it. But work well with other winter weather.
