I saw these shoes on another site and fell in love! Unfortunately my size was not available so I began searching for them. I came across SVP and here they were! And for the best price I had found!
This was my first time ordering from SVP and I am super pleased with the service! The shoes ran small (I am typically a 7) and I needed to do an exchange. I reordered the 7.5, (which will do but I think an 8 would have been better).
Note: when doing a refund/exchange you will have to pay for the shipping. The cost at Canada Post can be expensive for larger items like shoes, so I went with the shipping label provided by SVP. It was cheaper than Canada post by a few dollars!
As soon as I ordered I heard from a staff person to confirm my address and they were also prompt in replying to my questions regarding the return!
